You are responsible for checking the condition of the packaging and the products during the delivery. The Client should issue reserves or a claims on delivery if necessary or refuse the package, especially if the package is obviously damaged and before its opening (for example, if you hear a noise of something broken inside). Such reserves and claims circumstantial must be given to the deliverer and then sent to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three working days, excluding holidays, from the date of Product Delivery letter. In all cases, it is important to clarify the reasons.  For example a subject such as "reserval subject to the opening of the package" has no value but a subject of "very damaged package type chipped in top left stuck " is an accepted reserve.
